Never thought i'd do this.
Yes, it's normal to feel like most of things that pass in life are BS. I mean, how can you explain all the bad you hear about? All the bad you experience? All the bad you see with your own eyes and do nothing about? There's a lot of bad things that come to pass in our lives. I believe that to let these bad things hinder our lives is foolish. How can we grow without the bad? How can we appreciate the few, or plentiful good? We have such a short time to be, and to experience. This may sound, a little, well, the way it's gonna sound, but we are here for no other reason than to live. There is no greater purpose, we aren't special, and good and bad people go to the same place. When you simplify it like this, then it is easier to just live, and experience, and grow, and have a blast on this ride through life. In the spirit of this ideology, I would encourage anyone to drop their hang ups, and find no reason to ever feel like they missed out, or wish they did something that they didn't (A regret). Those feelings/experiences could be much better thought of as nothing more than something that happened, learn from it, or don't, but don't waste your time wishing it was different. I mean, COME ON, when you're 18, and it seems like every move you make, or don't make, is the end of the world take a step back and remember that the people you'll meet when you're 24 will have no idea that it happened; unless you carry it with you, unless you tell them. Most importantly, if an experience or a shoulda, coulda, woulda, is simply taken as a passing moment in your life and not this horrible demon you can't let go of, then no one can ever use it against you. With that said, I guess, I just realized that what I may be trying to say is that it's important to always be happy that you are alive, always tell the truth, experience this life without getting hung up along the way, and no one can ever use it against you, ever; because remember, life is a series of passing moments, and they do pass, unless you don't let them.
